If you would like to take part in our Yoga Online sessions please use the sign up form to be added to the mailing list. We email our participants with links to our sessions every weekend. and use Zoom to stream each week.  The sessions are suitable for all ages and abilities, they include a warm up, some posture work and a relaxation to finish.   Ideally participants need a sufficient room to allow free movement, a strap or belt and a quiet, comfortable space with blankets and cushions for relaxation.  The intention is that participants finish the sessions feeling better than when they started so it is important that everyone takes care when engaging in the sessions.
